Chrome Extension to Select All in Facebook Invite Box [Updated]

When you have got a lot of friends on Facebook, it becomes tiresome to select all friends for an invitation. So you have a fan page or an event and you want to invite all your friends to that? And you are worried about selecting all huh? With this simple chrome extension, this job becomes a lot easier.

Earlier, we used to use certain Javascript codes to select all in the invite box. But those old javascript codes don’t seem to be working anymore. As said above, installing this chrome extension in your Google chrome browser is just a few clicks. Install it, get the new select all button!

First to install this plugin go to Facebook Super Select All and install the plugin. After installing this log into your Facebook account. To invite someone to a Facebook fan page, you have to be the admin of that particular fan page. After becoming the admin, go to that page and find the “Invite Friends” button on the right side of the page.

After clicking that a pop up box will appear where you have to select all your friends for the invite. Now you can see the “Select All” button there. Use it to select all your friends in one go. One the notable things in this extension is that you can invite everyone or some selected number of “n” people where “n” refers to the number you type in the box. Type the value for “n” in the box available on the right side and enter. That extension will select “n” number of people for you.

After selecting everyone, hit the Submit button and wait the invites to fly. And by the way, you can use this to ask a question to all your Facebook friends also. Hope you liked this new Chrome extension. Don’t forget to voice your views below.

[stextbox id="alert"]It seems like the extension is no longer available in the Chrome Web Store. Will bring another cool extension soon. Hang on.[/stextbox]

    Facebook has updated again, a lot this past week. Not sure if I like the updates though, since I haven’t tinkered around much lately but I’ll get there. I don’t think they have this one on firefox yet, which gives me another reason to love Chrome more. Thanks for sharing.

  3. By the way buddy, it’s not by Facebook. It’s by someone else…Let us hope that Facebook introduces the official Select All button soon…

    Or you could just use
    javascript:elms=document.getElementById(‘friends’).getElementsByTagName(‘li’);for(var fid in elms){if(typeof elms[fid] === ‘object’){fs.click(elms[fid]);}}

  7. It doesn’t seem to be working a lot these days. In those times, this extension would come handy.

  8. I would like to make an extension for Chrome that displays a certain webpage when you click on it? How can I do so?Thanks in advance!

  9. Well, I am a programmer much. If I come across any such thing, I will let you know for sure.

  10. When you make it, please submit it to Google. I will be the first one to download it. I never thought about doing that, but I’m sure it’s possible.

  11. Dude, I did not make that extension. I am not much of a programmer. That was done by someone else. I just wrote an article on that.
