China and 21 Other Countries to Get iPhone 4S

With the iPhone 4S launched the previous October, China is now set to lay it’s hands on the all new iPhone 4S from Apple. The all new next generation iPhone 4S is about to make it’s way through China for the first time in January 13, 2012. Apple officially announced this information.


Apple’s CEO Tim Cook recently announced the introduction of this brand iPhone, iPhone 4S, in China and 21 other countries which include Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bolivia, Botswana, British Virgin Islands, Cameroon, Cayman Island, Central African Republic, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Grenada, Guam, Guinea Conakry, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Niger, Senegal, St. Vincent and The Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos, and Uganda.

Tim Cook highlights the fact that most of the people in China are really eager to lay their hands on the all new iPhone 4S. In his words it can be put as:

Customer response to our products in China has been off the charts. With the launch in China next week, iPhone 4S will be available in over 90 countries making this the fastest iPhone rollout ever

It is said that Apple is having a deal with China Mobile, the country’s largest mobile subscribers’ provider. China Mobile has a population of 630 million users. When millions and millions of Chinese people are already using the iPhone-like Chinese handsets, this official introduction of the iPhone 4S in China is set to be a great entertainment to all the Chinese people. Also, it is said that Apple is taking steps to ensure that the Siri, the voice command application in iPhone 4S, speaks the country’s language Mandarin.
